Want to try out NRL Hunter in a low stakes beginner friendly environment or maybe test out that new rifle you built for hunting season? Come on out to Summerville, OR for nine stages of yote smokin' steel bangin' fun. Our venue features a combination of wooded areas, open plains and varied target elevation. Targets will be a mix of varmints and big game vitals out to 600 yards with a combination of natural props and field positions. Most targets will be easily identified but a few stages will test your eyes and your glass as well as your ability to navigate natural obstacles to find lines of fire. Overall it will be a easy to moderate difficulty match with a variety of challenges to make every stage unique.

WAIVER, PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY. YOU MUST ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO ATTEND

This Agreement applies to all participants, guests, spectators, volunteers, and minors attending any event (“Event”) organized by Grande Ronde Precision Rifle (“the Club”).

CONTINUING AND INDEFINITE EFFECT

This Agreement is intended to be a continuing, binding, and indefinite agreement. Unless expressly revoked by the Club in writing, it applies to all current and future Events, activities, visits, and presence on any property used by the Club, without the need for re-execution. Any revocation applies only prospectively and does not affect obligations arising from prior participation.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that firearms and shooting activities are inherently dangerous and involve risks including, but not limited to: accidental or negligent discharge; ricochets; projectile fragmentation; hearing and eye injury; equipment failure; uneven terrain; weather conditions; vehicle movement; downrange movement; acts or omissions of others; and emergency or rescue efforts. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. NO DUTY TO SUPERVISE

I acknowledge that the Club has no duty to supervise, train, or instruct participants and makes no guarantees regarding safety oversight.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I release and forever discharge the Club, the landowner, and their respective members, officers, agents, volunteers, contractors, and assigns from any and all claims or causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to my participation or presence.

4. INDEMNIFICATION AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the released parties from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and attorney fees arising from my actions or presence. I further agree not to initiate or assist in any legal action against the released parties.

5. REMOVAL AND FORFEITURE

The Club may remove any person from an Event at any time for safety, compliance, or operational reasons. All fees may be forfeited.

6. MEDICAL CONSENT

I consent to emergency medical treatment if necessary and accept responsibility for all related costs.

7. MINORS

Minors must be accompanied by an adult Member. The parent or legal guardian represents that they have authority to sign and agrees to all terms on their own behalf and on behalf of the minor.

8. MEDIA RELEASE

I grant the Club an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use my name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information for any lawful purpose.

9. SEVERABILITY AND SURVIVAL

This Agreement shall survive the Event. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Venue lies exclusively in Union County, Oregon.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT

I certify that I have read and understand this Agreement in its entirety. I understand that by signing, I am voluntarily giving up substantial legal rights, including the right to sue. I have had the opportunity to ask questions and consult counsel of my choosing. I am signing this Agreement knowingly, freely, and without coercion.
